Sai Baba In Shirdi

Here is a very brief introduction to Sai Baba of Shirdi.

Sai Baba of Shirdi life span is 1838 - October 15, 1918.
He is also known as Shirdi Sai Baba.
He was an Indian guru and yogi who is regarded by his followers as an incarnation of God.
Devotees believe that he was an incarnation of Shiva or Dattatreya.
Sai Baba lived in a mosque which he called Dwarakamayi, and practiced Hindu and Muslim rituals.
Sai Baba taught a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, devotion to God and guru to all his followers.
He always uttered “Allah Malik” - Lord is the sole protector.
One of his well known epigrams says : “Sabka Malik Ek”
Some of his disciples who received fame as spiritual figures and saints are Upasni Maharaj and Meher Baba.
Sai Baba took Mahasamadhi on October 15, 1918 at 2.30pm.
